Please do let us know about any access requirements that you have, if you haven’t already, by emailing

What time should I arrive and what time does the event end?

Registration opens at 8.00am on Day 1 and 8.30am on Day 2. We recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in before the first sessions begin between 9.00am and 9.30am.

The event will run until approximately 5.30pm each day, with a networking mixer from 6.00pm – 7.30pm on Day 1.

Full timings will be available on the agenda closer to the event.

What happens if I’m running late?

Don’t worry if you are running late. Our staff will stay at the registration desk throughout the day, and all talks are recorded so you won’t miss out.

A DirectorPlus Pass allows access to all of the LDX3 content as well as exclusive DirectorPlus workshops and roundtables, with limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access for these sessions will be through pre-event signup via the LDX3 app. Be sure to secure your spot in advance.

We recommend using the LDX3 mobile app to help you plan your time at the event. A download link will be shared with registered attendees via email around 1 month before the event.

If you’re unable to get a seat in the in your preferred session at the event, all talks will be recorded and made available after the event. Interactive sessions (workshops, roundtables etc) will not be recorded.

Are there any extra sessions?

Are you recording the conference?

Yes! We’re recording all the main stage talks and we’ll send you the links to the videos soon after the conference, once they’ve been edited. You can also find presentation slides in the conference video hub if they have been made available by the speaker. Please note that interactive sessions will not be recorded.

Our photographer will be capturing moments throughout the conference. If you don’t want to be included in published photographs, please pick up a yellow lanyard at registration.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just show your ticket containing your QR code on your phone to our registration staff and they’ll provide you with your conference pass.

What is the barcode on my badge?

At the event, you’ll notice there’s a barcode on your delegate badge. Our sponsors may request your permission to scan your badge so they can get in touch with you after the conference to discuss their products and services.

If you agree, the sponsor will receive the following information (if provided when registering your conference ticket): your name, email address, job role, company, company sector, company size and country. By allowing our sponsor to scan your badge, you are giving them permission to request this information from us. Please note, we will not give your details to a sponsor unless you approve the request. You can unsubscribe from any communications you receive.

What are the eligibility criteria for a DirectorPlus Pass and how will you check?

To be eligible for a DirectorPlus Pass, you must hold a senior engineering leadership role – typically Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, CTO, or an equivalent position.

Each ticket is reviewed manually. We assess eligibility based on the job title and information provided during registration, supplemented by publicly available details such as your company website and professional social media profiles. Final decisions are at our discretion, and unfortunately, we’re unable to offer an appeals process.

Agencies and Consultancies
We apply stricter criteria to applications from agencies and consultancies. DirectorPlus spaces are intended to be free from any perception of business development activity. This helps ensure attendees can engage openly with peers without concern about unsolicited pitching. If you’re interested in connecting with this audience in a professional capacity, we offer sponsorship options designed for that purpose.

I’m not sure if I meet the DirectorPlus criteria, should I add it to my ticket?

Yes! We’ll check your profile and job title and get back to you if we have any questions.

Don’t get offended if we decide that you do not meet the criteria – there is plenty of content available for all levels of leadership at LDX3.

If I am refused a DirectorPlus Pass, can I get a refund?

No. Your LDX3 ticket is still valid and under our terms and conditions is non-refundable.

If a DirectorPlus Pass is important to you please check your eligibility before you purchase your ticket.

Will food be provided?

Yes! We’ll provide lunch, along with tea, coffee, and snacks throughout the day. Tea and coffee will be available before the first session, but we recommend having breakfast beforehand so you’re fully fuelled for the event.

Will you cater for my special dietary requirements?

Yes! A vegan option will be available at lunch. If you have any allergies or other requirements (e.g., gluten-free, Halal, Kosher), please let us know by emailing hello@leaddev.com. If you’ve requested a special meal other than vegan, please speak to a member of staff at the event who will be able to help you.
