Lawrence Jones is a Founding Engineer at incident.io, where he’s spent the last few years helping take the product from zero to the AI-native incident platform it is today. He now leads engineering on AI SRE — an agent that investigates production incidents autonomously, digging through logs, metrics, traces and code changes to tell teams what’s gone wrong and how to fix it. Before incident.io he was a Principal Engineer at GoCardless, working across the SRE space and product.
