Janina Marks

Janina is an Engineering Manager and Engineering Leadership Coach with a background in full-stack software engineering. Most recently, she spent over nine years at Zalando, progressing from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager and working on products with direct customer impact while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. She is passionate about personal growth, mentoring, and helping others find their own path into leadership. Diversity and inclusion are equally important to her, and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she is proud to contribute to greater visibility and representation within engineering leadership.
