Jerome Hardaway

Jerome Hardaway is the Founder and Executive Director of Vets Who Code, a veteran-led 501(c)(3) software engineering accelerator he launched in 2014. Under his leadership, the tuition-free, remote-first program has trained more than 300 veterans with a placement rate above 90%, earning recognition from the White House and the tech industry. An Air Force veteran who served in Security Forces, he is a Google Developer Expert, former GitHub Star, and Microsoft Global Hackathon winner, with courses published on LinkedIn Learning and Frontend Masters.
