Carly Fleming

Carly Fleming (she/her) is currently a Deputy Director in the Data Systems and Analytics department overseeing the technical teams focused on building products that will help working people win. She has made a career of establishing the infrastructure needed for data teams to provide strategic value to their organization by taking a wide-range of approaches to problem solving: analytics at a large ad agency, product management at NGPVAN, data engineering at AFL-CIO, and Director of a NYC agency using data to fight against tenant harassment. Carly lives in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys books, bikes, board games, and apparently the letter B.
