Justin Roberts

Justin Roberts is Senior Director of Product at GitKraken, where he leads the team building the developer-facing side of the company’s agentic tooling. He was a founding member of the team that built GitKraken Desktop and later spent several years as product manager on GitLens. His work covers the full arc of how developers use agents: exploring an idea, shaping it into defined work, running more of it in parallel, and getting the results reviewed and merged. He argues the leverage is in the workflow around the agent, not the agent itself.
