She focuses on ensuring that Thoughtworks continues to build deep expertise in the technologies and capabilities clients rely on to drive meaningful digital change. She works closely with organizations seeking to scale emerging technologies across the enterprise and deliver value at pace. She is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and partners with the Technical Advisory Board to produce the biannual Thoughtworks Technology Radar, which highlights the trends, tools and practices influencing the technology landscape.
